Hourly Rate Training
Monthly training charged by hourly rate. Based on availability, we offer 3 options: pay per month, 3 month contract, or 6 month contract. Contracts to be paid in advance with the option to renew the contract or migrate to other plans. The first step is to fill out our online client questionnaire. Prospective clients will then be contacted for more information and a training / pricing proposal will be agreed upon. Contact us for information or simply fill out the above questionnaire.
Each paid session or package purchase will come with the following:
- Fitness evaluation
- Email access to your trainer
- Custom built workouts tailored to your needs
- Nutrition and supplement advice
- Goals, formed around your ability and time availability

| Power and Strength | Maximal strength training can improve exercise economy and endurance performance. Power training is used to improve the rate of force production to convert maximal strength into explosive power. During this program you will experience ballistic training, plyometrics, Olympic lifting, low rep strength training, and muscular endurance improvement. |
| Speed and Agility | Using this program we will see that an athlete improves acceleration, increases maximal velocity, maintains speed, decreases reactive ability and reaction time, improve rapid deceleration, enhance ability to change direction, improve coordination and dynamic balance. This program will incorporate sprinting technique as well as explosive drills and plyometrics. |
| Specific Sport | Sport specific programs, in-season, off-season, plyometrics, speed, agility, quickness, functional training, medicine balls, and so much more...baseball, football, basketball, tennis, and all other non-endurance sports (cross country, swimming, etc.) |

Group Training
Don't want to workout alone? Bring a friend, or two, or four! We offer a variety of awesome workouts specifically designed for groups of 2-5.
The more people you bring, the less you pay. Split the price and get a great workout for cheap. We can do group training classes 1, 2, or 3 times per week. Remember, the more you bring, the cheaper it gets!

Online Fitness Consultations
With our new online fitness consultation program you can get a customized meal plan or workout plan that is fit entirely to your body structure and goals. If you want to get really serious about improving your fitness through our online consultation program then you can get a package deal of both workout plans and meal plans that work off of each other to give you the maximum results.
Signing up is as simple as filling out our online fitness survey! We will contact you by email, you can pay with credit card online, and you will begin to receive your plans starting the first business week following payment.
